The NSW/ACT Market Manager will be responsible for proactively build and align stakeholders’ capabilities, and resources for getting things done quickly and effectively.

 

The Market Manager will set exciting, yet achievable goals with your channels to empower them to perform while crafting an inspiring environment through your energy, passion and enthusiasm for your State and the business.

 

Your day to day will consist of...

  • Lead key launches and events in Metro and Regional markets (devices/seasonal activity/students intake periods

  • Build an environment that embraces change; make change happen—even if the change is radical— and inspire and help others to accept new ideas.

  • Facilitate open discussions to understand obstacles to target achievement and use the information to deliver sales solutions by removing sales barriers

  • Build a longer term and sustainable strategy for key Metro and Regional localities that are aligned to broader business objectives

 

What makes you perfect for the role?

  • You ensure that relationships with all internal and external stakeholders are maintained to achieve results.

  • You have knowledge and experience within telco market or service based industry

  • Highly developed influencing capacity and management ability including relationship development and team building.

  • 5+ years Territory Management / Multi Site experience.
