The Operations Executive is a key member of People Operations, offering operational and administrative shared services throughout the Employee Life Cycle Process for the Singtel Group of Companies.  The appointed individual will perform the services:

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding Excellence: Support onboarding process by creating employee profiles in SuccessFactors, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Life Cycle Management: Get involved in various aspects of the employee life cycle, including issuing life cycle letters, handling work pass applications, and supporting renewal and cancellation processes.
  • Process Enhancement: Work alongside different departments to streamline and automate processes, aiming to enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing efforts to automate and improve existing HR processes, collaborating with IT and PowerApps developers to troubleshoot incidents, handle exception cases, conduct user acceptance testings, and contribute insights to ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Data Insights: Assist in preparing reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights into HR operations, supporting informed decision-making.
  • Communications Enhancement: Assist in creating infographics for communications to employees, fostering engagement and clarity in internal communications.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with People Partners and other departments, addressing queries and providing support as needed.

The ideal candidate should have/be:

  • A Diploma/Degree and IHRP certified.
  • At least 5 years of HR working experience in a large organization.
  • Familiarity with employee lifecycle management and knowledge of HR functions, policies, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Application (Words, Excel and Powerpoint), HRIS Software, and any graphic design tool such as Canva.
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Good spoken and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
