(Based in KL) - Senior Engineer, Container

Singtel is using multiple cloud and container platforms to accelerate our transformation to become a TechCo.  The purpose of this role is to enable Singtel to provide an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure.  As an Automation Engineer, your role is to work with the rest of team members on the design, delivery and support of infra solutions. Your deep knowledge on automation and DevOps practice will indirectly help business to achieve faster release cycle and improve systems availability. You will be working in an agile environment, building Cloud and Container automation together with Cloud and Container Engineers.

Make an Impact by:

• Plan, build and run Docker, OpenShift Container Platform (OCP), GKE and AKS
• Hardening  via script for Docker image, OCP, GKE and AKS reference to CIS Standard and Singtel hardening policies
• Creation and maintain the CI and CD pipeline deployment
• Automate using Shell, Powershell, Python, etc
• Setting up, supporting and operating service mesh
• Participate and contribute in setting the long term direction, roadmaps, and establish of standards for Docker, OCP, GKE and AKS
• Experience in DevOps tools such as Jira, Confluence, Bit Bucket and Nexus Repo

Skills for Success

• Degree in IT or other equivalent
• Certified in OpenShift Container Platform
• More than 5 years in Application Development
• 3 years in implementation of DevOps and supporting container Platform.
