About the Program 

Our two-year Graduate Program is developed to help you grow your capability, broaden your experience and thrive in a supportive environment. You’ll have access to: 

  • A permanent fulltime role from your first day, providing stability and room to develop. 

  • Three 8-month rotations across your business area to help you build capability and explore different pathways. 

  • Meaningful projects where your work contributes to outcomes for customers, communities and colleagues. 

  • Support from leaders, mentors and a strong graduate community to guide your development and help you succeed.

Eligibility 

To be considered, you must: 

  • Be an Australian Citizen, New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident. 

  • Have completed an Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's degree (or higher) or TAFE Certificate level qualification in 2024, 2025 or expect to complete your final subject by December 2026, inclusive of any internships or work experience placements required for graduation. 

  • Be able to commence fulltime in February 2027. 

  • Available to work primarily from our Macquarie Park campus in Sydney.

  • Operations & Analytics – Use data, automation and intelligent systems to tackle complex problems and enhance performance. 

  • Satellite – Work on projects shaping the future of space enabled connectivity. 

  • Enterprise & Business – Partner with major organisations to deliver connectivity and digital solutions. 

  • People & Culture – Strengthen the employee experience through culture, talent and capability initiatives. 

  • Finance – Support commercial performance through analysis, reporting and strategic insights. 

  • Consumer – Help improve customer experiences through product innovation, insights and service uplift. 

  • Marketing & Corporate Affairs – Shape brand, reputation and communications through campaigns and storytelling.
