As an AI Platform Engineer, you will support the implementation and evolution of AIDA’s AI platform, enabling scalable, secure, and reliable AI/ML and GenAI capabilities across the organisation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build and integrate modern AI platform components that power next-generation applications.

Make an Impact by:

• Supporting implementation of AIDA’s AI Platform on RE:AI’s IaaS using Red Hat OpenShift or equivalent container platforms
• Integrating core platform components such as API Gateway, RAG pipelines, agent orchestration, and observability stacks
• Assisting in deployment and management of OpenShift clusters (CPU/GPU), including operators, networking, and security configurations
• Automating platform provisioning and operations using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and standardized deployment patterns
• Integrating platform capabilities with enterprise infrastructure including networking, storage, load balancers, and backup systems
• Implementing platform security controls (IAM/AD, SIEM, NGFW, EDR) in alignment with enterprise standards
• Supporting AI/ML workloads including GenAI, LLM serving, RAG pipelines, and agentic frameworks
• Contributing to platform monitoring, logging, performance tuning, and capacity planning

Skills for Success:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in platform engineering, cloud-native infrastructure, or AI/data platform roles
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift (e.g., operators, networking, security)
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and DevOps/CI/CD practices
• Basic understanding of cloud/IaaS networking and security principles
• Exposure to AI/ML platform components such as LLMs, RAG, or similar frameworks
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive learning mindset
• Effective collaboration and communication skills

Good to have:

• Red Hat, Kubernetes, or OpenShift certifications
