Be a Part of Something BIG!

We are looking for an AI Product Enablement and Operations Intern to support external-facing AI enablement and operations for Singtel's and Singtel’s partners’ AI solutions. The role may have light touchpoints with internal AI adoption activities, but its primary focus is external users, partners, and training communities.

The role has two core components. First, operations: managing the day-to-day operations of AI-related platforms, including Central and partner collaboration platforms, so end users can access the right information, receive support, share feedback, and use AI products smoothly.

Second, enabling trainings: curating external AI training programs, organising trainings and community events, and working with partners and the AI Academy on training content, learning journeys, speaker coordination, and practical enablement materials.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a deep interest in AI and the ability to build AI prototypes, demos, workflows, or automation using modern AI tools. The role requires someone who can combine platform operations, training enablement, partner coordination, community execution, and practical AI-building credibility.

Make an Impact by:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of AI-related platforms, including Central and partner collaboration platforms, to ensure external end users can access AI products, training materials, FAQs, onboarding guidance, support channels, and updates smoothly.
  • Monitor platform usage, common user questions, access issues, content gaps, operational blockers, feedback themes, and escalation items, then coordinate follow-through with Product, Engineering, partners, and support teams.
  • Maintain platform content and collaboration workspaces by publishing and updating training assets, product guides, announcements, onboarding materials, partner documents, event materials, and user-support resources.
  • Curate external AI training programs based on AI product capabilities, partner roadmaps, user maturity, adoption goals, and feedback from external user groups.
  • Organise external trainings and community events, including training calendars, registrations, speaker and trainer coordination, event logistics, participant communications, materials preparation, feedback collection, and post-event reporting.
  • Work with global AI partners and the AI Academy on training design, learning journeys, partner-led enablement sessions, trainer preparation, content review, and practical use-case examples.
  • Translate partner and product capabilities into clear training guides, demo scripts, workshop materials, FAQs, playbooks, community content, and stakeholder-ready narratives for external audiences.
  • Build lightweight AI prototypes, workflow automations, demos, or proof-of-concepts that make trainings more practical and help end users understand how AI products apply to real business problems.
  • Track training participation, community-event engagement, external user adoption signals, product usage, support issues, feedback themes, and value-realisation indicators to support continuous improvement.
  • Prepare operational updates, training calendars, partner coordination notes, adoption dashboards, feedback summaries, and leadership-ready reports on external AI enablement and platform operations.

Skills for Success:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Product Management, Communications, Learning Design, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
  • Experience coordinating external trainings, community events, user-support workflows, collaboration platforms, partner enablement, or product operations.
  • Experience building AI prototypes, demos, automation workflows, training materials, or AI-enabled tools.
  • Strong understanding of AI/GenAI concepts, practical AI use cases, and the role of AI tools in enterprise and external-user workflows.
  • Operational ability to manage AI-related platform workflows, including content updates, access coordination, issue logs, user feedback, support resources, and platform hygiene.
  • Ability to curate AI training programs, community-event agendas, workshop materials, demo scripts, FAQs, playbooks, and adoption content for external audiences.
  • Ability to work with partners and the AI Academy on training design, learning journeys, trainer coordination, content review, and practical use-case development.
  • Hands-on ability to build AI prototypes, demos, workflow automations, or simple applications using modern AI tools and AI-assisted development approaches.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain AI concepts clearly to external users, partners, trainers, engineers, business stakeholders, and leaders.
  • Structured, organised, and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through across platform operations, training schedules, community events, partner actions, trackers, and documentation.
  • User-focused mindset with the ability to identify adoption friction, ask good questions, synthesise feedback, and turn loose inputs into clear operational or training actions.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity with a proactive, learning-oriented, and experimentation-driven mindset.
  • Knowledge of external AI enablement programs, platform operations, Central or collaboration-platform workflows, training curation, community-event execution, user-support operations, responsible AI considerations, adoption measurement, and partner-solution operating models.

Good to have

  • Coursework, projects, or certifications in AI, GenAI, product management, business analytics, learning design, communications, community management, digital adoption, or technology entrepreneurship.
  • Experience with AI Academy-style learning programs, partner-led training, external communities, platform operations, public demos, hackathons, open-source work, or AI community involvement.
  • Familiarity with Central, partner collaboration platforms, learning/content platforms, community tools, analytics dashboards, and tools such as Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub, Figma, Perplexity, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or LangChain/LangGraph-style frameworks.
  • Experience presenting demos, writing technical or product content, facilitating workshops, managing communities, coordinating partner programs, or supporting external users.
  • Exposure to AI Academy-style programs, change management, GTM thinking, partner management, AI governance, external community enablement, learning operations, or value realisation for AI products.
