Make an Impact by:

• Support partnership-led community and go-to-market initiatives to drive adoption of Singtel’s AI solutions.
• Assist in sourcing, qualifying, and coordinating with potential strategic partners through research, outreach, events, and ecosystem engagement.
• Help build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across partners, institutions, and ecosystem players.
• Support partners in exploring business challenges, co-developing use cases, and shaping joint solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Help bridge AI product teams and partners by preparing materials that translate product capabilities into clear business narratives.
• Assist with partnership coordination, from prospecting and solution scoping through onboarding, launch execution, and performance tracking.
• Support ecosystem and brand-building initiatives that position Singtel as AI-first, including assisting with AI events, forums, community programmes, and hackathons with strategic partners.
• Assist in engaging AI communities, institutions, and industry bodies to strengthen Singtel’s visibility and credibility in the AI ecosystem.
• Work with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Communications, and Commercial teams to support alignment of community, partnership, and brand efforts.
• Help track partnership and community outcomes, gather data, and contribute to strategy refinement to maximise adoption and long-term value.

Skills for Success: 

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Communications, or related field.    
• Coursework or projects in AI, data analytics, or digital transformation.
• Interest or exposure to partnerships, community building, event production, or business development, whether through internships, student clubs, or personal projects.   
• Prior internship experience in tech, startups, or ecosystem-driven environments.
• Basic understanding of AI products and their real-world business applications.
• Ability to research, synthesise, and present information clearly.
• Familiarity with content creation, event coordination, or community management.
• Exposure to AI platforms, enterprise technology ecosystems, or hackathon participation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal presentation skills.
• Interest in public speaking, content creation, or community leadership.
• Interest in AI ecosystem dynamics, partnership models, and technology community building.
• Awareness of global AI trends, institutions, or innovation communities.
