Make an Impact by

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of inside sales.
  • Develop sales strategies / GTM to meet revenue targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, call statistics and provide feedback.
  • Train and coach team members to enhance their selling skills.
  • Develop / finetune proper call scripts for Products and solutions.
  • Ensure proper SFDC usage and data management with integrity.
  • Provide feedback on marketing campaigns to optimize sales.
  • Handle escalations and customer issues professionally.
  • Work with Data analysis team to generate reports on sales performance and forecasts.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.

For off-shore team:

  • Managing by outcome
  • Ensure the team effectively supports Singapore-based customers and align with sales initiatives.
  • Foster a high-performance culture with regular feedback and performance reviews with team leader in off-shore centre.
  • Collaborate with offshoring leader in manage staffing, training, and operational efficiency for offshore agents, adherence to compliance, regulatory requirements, and data protection policies.
  • Act as the key liaison between the offshore agency and Singtel’s internal management in Singapore.
  • Monitor customer interactions for quality assurance and continuous improvement.

 

Skills for Success

  • Min 3-5 years in sales / sales leadership
  • Strong knowledge of inside sales, , and/ or customer engagement strategies.
  • Ability to manage and develop high-performing remote teams, display potential for growth
  • Experience in managing scorecards, performance metrics, and sales analytics.
  • Ability to work with external vendors and internal teams effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate across regions.
  • Proficiency and familiarity in SFDC and processing systems, and reporting dashboards.
