Responsibilities:

  • Part of a dynamic team to actively manage, retain, defend Key and Strategic accounts and develop new business opportunities for both Telco and ICT solutions.
  • Ensure sales targets, revenue and profit targets are met.
  • Ensure 100% account coverage.
  • Ensure excellent Customer Satisfaction levels with every Customer engagement and meet customer experience and NPS target
  • Understand customer’s businesses and needs, and identify influencers and decision makers within a customer organization and pitch SingTel’s ICT solutions and capabilities.
  • Manage sales funnels and accounts planning and review with management
  • Provide regular solution updates and review with customer decision makers.
  • Prepare and conduct high-impact sales presentations
  • Be able to negotiate with customers and effectively close business deals
  • Meet all BR target for strategic growth pillar products
  • Drive business development project for at least one strategic products

 

 Requirements:

  • At least a Degree in any discipline or its equivalent from a recognized University, with at least 5 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Experienced in enterprise account management.
  • Able to manage and engage C-level customers.
  • Self-driven with proven sales track record in Telecommunication or IT industries.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Possess analytical, planning and decision-making skills
  • Dynamic and out-going
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Responsible, meticulous, motivated and independent
  • Must be proficient in MS Office to prepare sales presentation, quotation and proposal
  • Able to perform in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
  • Able to lead and chair meetings.
  • Able to engage and work with stakeholders from different departments for customer projects.
