You will be a part of the Record To Report (RTR) Intercompany Team, that handles the full scope of Intercompany Processes, understanding and administering the end-to-end process from record to report. Your role will comprise and is not limited to the following:
- Handling queries from internal customers and vendors
- Maintaining an efficient and effective collection and settlement of the intercompany balances in Singtel Group
- Reconciliation for Interco GL, AR and AP balances
- Monthly reclassification of interco balances
- Preparation and submission of intercompany contra for settlement
- Assist in the of reporting for intercompany matters
Make an Impact by:
- Responsible for accounting functions for intercompany accounts and journal entries
- Ensure timely and accurate clearance of receipts, contra and write-offs
- Coordinate and liaise with internal customers to support intercompany activities (including SOA and aging)
- Issue Reminders, Statement of Accounts, collect and store relevant documents and follow-up with intercompany customers for outstanding balances
- Ensure timely responses to internal customer queries
- Perform intercompany reconciliation for intercompany pairs (accounts receivable, accounts payables and general ledger)
- Assist in the preparation of financial data analysis for intercompany AR processes and settlements
- Attend to annual audit confirmation requests for intercompany transactions and balances
- Any other ad hoc matters that may arise
Skills for Success:
- Diploma in Accounting/Finance or LCCI
- 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in MS Office apps
- Good knowledge of accounting concepts
- Good communication and writing skills
- Mindset of continuous learning
- Ability to problem-solve
- A self-starter
- Good time management
- Meticulous
- Ability to work independently and in a team
