Make an Impact by:

 

  • To provide Finance support to Outside Plant Engineering, IP Network Engineering and Singtel Network Cybersecurity business unit including the budgeting, forecasting, monthly review of the financial performance and operational control.
  • Ensure timely commissioning of aged WIP of supporting business unit, provide guidance and parameter checks for users’ submission of commissioning forms and budget and forecast input in BPC
  • Support finance manager in terms of depreciation analysis, monthly financial performance update, monitoring of Capex project spend against approved draw down spend and in-principle budget and posting/ clearing of accruals
  • To support monthly Autoline Plant Settlement and perform timely and accurate cost charge out to GE for Network rolling out fibre provisioning and jobs for GE customers
  • To perform as Network Finance SPOC to simplify and automate process such as implementation of digitalised T12 and T105 form and generation of asset and project system reports or automate process through RPA
  • Provide guidance to offshore support team on Centralised Asset Management System (CAMS) issues, asset disposal/ condemnation/ transfer.
  • To provide supporting for any risk, tax, regulatory, or audit requirements. 
  • To support Finance Manager for the deep dive Network depreciation analysis in terms of asset base and WIP balance
  • To help with any ad hoc task/ projects that the Finance Manager assign.

Skills for Success: 

 

  • Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent from a recognized Polytechnic
  • At least 3 years
  • Good understanding of relevant Accounting Standards
  • Good understanding of financial systems and how they meet Management and  Financial reporting requirements
  • Good analytical skills, project management skills
  • Good to have knowledge in SAP
  • Possess good computer software skills, e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
  • Good communication skills
  • Team player
  • Self-motivator
  • Good interpersonal and people management skills
