This position reports to the Accounts Payable (AP) Directors and works with offshore AP team, users/teams across Singtel & NCS and vendors. The candidate will be supporting AP projects which will provide the candidate with exposure to various AP functions.
Make an Impact by:
- AP transformation projects
- Implementation of e-invoicing platform - requirements gathering, project managing AP resources in UAT and issues resolutions as well as assisting in UAT, involve in the change management (eg prepare FAQs) / communications with internal stakeholders on the changed processes, suppliers onboarding onto new e-invoicing platform which may require the candidate to perform cold calls or handle enquiries from suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- GIRO e-forms – follow up with users who have not submit GIRO e-forms. Ensure that the GIRO e-form are executed and update GIRO e-form process.
- Perform invoice processing and general ledger data entry in SAP accounting system
- Perform AP reporting activities including interco reconciliations, Balance Sheet schedules preparation
- Liaise with vendors/employees on payment issues
- Review staff claims for compliance against claim policy.
Skills for Success:
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy
- Basic knowledge in accounting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office

- Experience in prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Meticulous and efficient to manage high volume of transactions.
