What we are looking for

We’re looking for world class Customer Resolution Experts to help revolutionise customer care with our newly formed Customer Resolution Team. 


The role
As part of the Customer Resolution Team you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of customer’s complaints relating to a range of Optus products and services.


Working in the Customer Resolutions Family you will be supported by a collaborative team who will provide specific training and regular coaching relating to systems, products & services to ensure you are successful in your new role.    

As a member of the Customer Resolution family, you’ll form part of a wider community of Customer Resolution Experts empowered to provide our customers with exceptional service and support.


About you

You possess highly developed communication, interpersonal skills and listening skills enabling you to gain a clear understanding of your customers concerns.

Your able to resolve customer issues first time or know where to go to get the fastest fairest resolution for our customers, you would be described as a person who likes solving problems and really enjoys making a customer happy!

Every day will be different so a level of resilience and the capacity to work with customers concerns at various level of difficulty will be a normal day.  

Ideally you have worked in a customer service role where you have managed complex customer complaints, you understand how to build rapport quickly, stay calm under pressure and possess the ability to work with competing priorities.

You will be able to negotiate positive outcomes, be team oriented and able to build strong relationships with others.

Training will be a part of your journey requiring you to attend a mandatory 4 – 6 weeks training course on full time basis, the training will be run on a Monday to Friday.
