Working in pods, our ‘team of experts’ will be made up of Experts who are universal in knowledge covering our home and mobile product offerings. Using a mixture of communication mediums including voice and messaging you’ll be comfortable dealing with complex customer enquiries no matter what the channel. Both written and verbal communication skills will be high on your list of skills.


You’ll need to be brave, curious and create meaningful connections to be successful in this role.

About You

What success looks like in this role:

We’re looking for team players, with the will to be universal and multi skilled. Being proactive will be in your nature with critical thinking and problem solving being something you’re not afraid to explore. Due to the universal nature of team, there will be support available by your coach to lend you a helping hand. You’ll also have your team mates available to help you learn and upskill along the way. You won’t be frightened by change, and you’ll look at ways or opportunities individually and as a team on how we can continue going further for our customers by suggesting process improvements, learning opportunities or CX enhancements. The team working environment encourages co-creation and champions team unity; this allows insights to be shared amongst the team, provides the opportunity for others to take on the role to be upskilled and cross trained.

Exceptional communication skills are required for the position both written and verbal.  A strong sense of urgency and the ability to work as a team unit is a must. A minimum of 2 years customer service experience is preferred.
