  • Assist the managers in compiling yearly budget requirements and upload requirements in Systems, Applications and Products (SAP) accounting system
  • Monitor expenses on a monthly basis
  • Track payment in progress and update Project Hierarchy
  • Maintain record of approval papers
  • Creation of new project code, material number for new assets purchased in SAP
  • Perform assets creation, commissioning, transfer, sighting and condemnation in accordance with Finance guidelines and processes.
  • Raise Purchase Request,  low value Purchase Order/Goods Receipt Slip and Service Order/Service Entry for purchases/services and ensure that Procurement processes are adhered to
  • Handle the procurement of office supplies, mobile phones and other consumables
  • Update the Asset Tracking System on fixed and inventorised assets
  • General sorting of mail
  • Undertake general administrative duties as assigned by Supervisor.


The candidate should have/be:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, in particular MS Excel & MS Words
  • Experience in SAP system
  • Able to ensure that internal policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Able to work under tight deadlines
  • Good team player with a positive attitude
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
