Make an Impact by
- Support a wide range of administrative activities for DICo Finance to function smoothly and effectively.
- Ensure daily tasks are being planned, scheduled and executed efficiently.
- Collaborate across different departments and provide administrative support to management.
- Calendar management to schedule meetings with CFO and handle meeting logistics.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, expenses report processing and reimbursement.
- Assist in the coordination and logistics of company/ team activities.
- Provide administrative support to management and Finance department.
- Assist with processing of administrative documents, including payments and request.
- Support and cover existing team members on administrative matters.
- To help with any other task that the CFO/ Finance director/ Finance manager assign.
Skills for Success
- Diploma certification in business administration or equivalent discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Strong organisation and planning skills
