Make an Impact by

 

  • Support a wide range of administrative activities for DICo Finance to function smoothly and effectively.
  • Ensure daily tasks are being planned, scheduled and executed efficiently.
  • Collaborate across different departments and provide administrative support to management.  
  • Calendar management to schedule meetings with CFO and handle meeting logistics.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, expenses report processing and reimbursement.
  • Assist in the coordination and logistics of company/ team activities.
  • Provide administrative support to management and Finance department.
  • Assist with processing of administrative documents, including payments and request.
  • Support and cover existing team members on administrative matters.
  • To help with any other task that the CFO/ Finance director/ Finance manager assign.

 

Skills for Success

 

  • Diploma certification in business administration or equivalent discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Strong organisation and planning skills
