Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify request received
    • Check for completeness of information
    • Check for accuracy of information
    • Decompose orders i.e. determine types of orders to be raised
  • Create order in Pegasus, Project Tie, Bill Dependency Tie, Circuit Tie
  • Send email acknowledge email to Customer / Notify Requestor
  • Amend orders and CRD if required
  • Create new customer account and billing Account, if required
  • Change Customer Account Name / Address, Customer UEN, Billing Account Name / Address if required


Good to have:

  • System Knowledge: Pegasus, ICON, NGNIS, CRS
  • Knowledge of the following products:
    • Voice/eVolve Service [Phonenet, BizDel, BizVoice, SingNet eVolve, BDL, Phonenet, SaaS etc]
    • Mobile Services [Different Plans and Value-Added Services]  
    • Data Services (Domestic Data, International Data, Cyber Security etc]
  • Skill Set
    • Required to understand different schemes and plans and value-added combinations in order to pick correct Pegasus components
    • To be able to raise orders for Government Project within a short period of time
    • Need to liaise with CSE/SDE on request details, Credit Management for blacklisting, Number Managements Team to allocated numbers for Voice and Mobile services
    • Training will be provided to candidates who do not have the necessary skills and knowledge
