Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an Analyst to join the NEXT Change Management Team. This role presents the perfect opportunity for you to join the high-tech sector with no technical background, and expose yourself to diverse challenges in multiple clients, industries and technologies.

 

The Analyst is equally skilled in situation analysis, problem solving, communications and design. You might be a good fit if you can:

  • Parachute into new industries and analyse challenges from multiple perspectives
  • Ask good questions and connect the dots quickly
  • Convert tech-speak into simple language via clear and creative communications
  • Create attractive communications materials (EDM, PowerPoint slides, etc.)
  • Be equally skilled at engaging both senior leaders and ground staff in a variety of settings

 

PowerPoint should hold no secrets for you, and you can create impressive presentations with it. Bonus points if you have experience in video or graphic design software.
 

Responsibilities
Primary:

  • Identify, engage and manage stakeholders impacted by a change initiative: Identify key stakeholder groups impacted, understand their key concerns, engage them and manage expectations to facilitate adoption
  • Assess impacts: Understand current pain points and validate how these are solved through system, process or organisational changes
  • Propose change solutions: Ideate and plan the necessary change interventions within a comprehensive end-to-end change management and engagement plan to guide users through the change journey, from understanding and buy-in to adoption
  • Create communications collaterals: Design and  develop attractive and convincing collaterals from EDMs, briefing decks to social media posts
  • Execute and monitor changes: Implement the change management interventions, monitor the effects and take corrective actions 

 

Secondary:

  • Participate in pre-sales activities: Qualify opportunities, prepare proposals & cost estimates and present to clients 
  • Support NCS change initiatives: Lead organisational and cultural change initiatives internally impacting our 10,000 colleagues
  • Innovate: Improve on existing methodologies and tools, provide creative new ideas, challenge existing norms and share new insights and valuable experiences with the rest of the team

 

Requriement:

  • You should preferably have a Bachelors degree in Business related disciplines, Law, Communications, Psychology or Computing. Other disciplines may be considered if you are good with language and am able to write clearly and present with confidence. If you are a Diploma holder, you should have at least 3 years of relevant working experience.

  • Bonus points if you are good with design and have experience creating attractive looking communications materials (e.g., presentation decks, social media posts, reels, e-posters, etc.) as part of your internship, hobby or personal commitments. We would love to see your portfolio!
