Job Summary:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns and activities to support client service units and lines-of-business in increasing customer engagement and retention. Drive thought leadership and content marketing initiatives for specific business units and lines-of-business to amplify NCS’ business capabilities and value proposition. Execute assigned marketing processes and/or automation initiatives to improve customer experiences and increase return on marketing investments.


  • Client Service Units & Geographic Units Marketing
    • Define clear marketing and leads generation strategies and campaigns for assigned market segments.
    • Identify and organise industry-specific NCS events 
    • Support CSU/GU VIP customer visits, including supporting CSU on agenda curation, demos setup, preparation of CEO/ VP presentation slides, event logistics, etc.
    • Proactively gather industry-specific customer case studies, project wins and possible news scoops to publish quarterly CSU-specific e-newsletter for update to customers
    • End-to-end creation and publish of customer case success stories on website and amplify via social posts.
    • Produce marketing assets for sales engagement: Brochure, domain presentation slides, videos, etc. Review and update domain power point deck on a half-yearly basis 
    • Nurture at least 2 Thought Leaders / KOLs for each CSU and GU. Encourage and track identified KOLs contribution of articles and social posts.  
    • Track and review leads generated and marketing effectiveness of events/ campaigns 
    • Support value proposition crafting and production of videos for major tender presentations 
  • Line-of-Business Marketing (LOBs)
    • Formulate and execute marketing strategy for assigned line-of-business units. 
    • Identify target segments with LOBs, leveraging on market intelligences and customer insights 
    • Map out the go-to-market strategy, including launch, lead generation events and tactics to meet the target leads pipeline set together with LOBs and CSUs 
    • Produce sales enablement collaterals: Brochure, presentation slides, website content, blog posts, case studies, FAQs and video. 
    • Encourage and track identified LOBs KOLs contribution of articles and social posts. 
    • Support LOB Partner Alliance to execute strategic partner joint GTM events/ workshop for customers
    • Track and review leads generated and marketing effectiveness of events/ campaigns 

The ideal candidate should possess: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications 
  • At least 8 years’ experience in end-to-end integrated marketing and digital marketing in B2B or Professional Services environment.
  • Content Strategy and Planning experience
  • Good story scripting, writing and language skills
  • Design thinking trained
  • Large scale event management skills
  • Ability to interpret complex, technical content and provide creative direction to writers or agencies for concept development and persuasive copy writing 
  • Great planning and execution skills to deliver by set deadlines
  • Team player with great interpersonal skills to interlock with various business units
  • Creative and with eye for details 
  • Confidence to interact and engage with Senior Leaders
  • Persevering spirit, bold aptitude to keep trying after each failure
  • Keen interest in technology
  • Successful track record in implementing integrated and digital marketing campaigns


Good to have: 

  • IT marketing / PR agency background is a bonus 
  • Certified SEO Practitioner
  • Established contacts with content production houses (writers, video studios, etc)
  • Events Management
  • Great presentation skills 
  • A digital native, self-invested in Personal Branding on social media.
