The Rewards & Well-being Manager will join a dynamic team dedicated to developing, promoting, and implementing programs that enhance employee well-being in line with our Group's purpose and values. You will collaborate with leaders and employees to support the execution of the Malaysia HR Strategy, contributing to the understanding and design of our benefits and well-being framework and initiatives. Remuneration Strategy and Management

  • Participate in development, review and implementation of remuneration strategies, policies and plans in alignment with business strategies. These include salary structures, incentive programs, and bonus schemes, etc.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to ensure the company’s compensation packages are competitive.
  • Evaluate and revise job descriptions to ensure alignment with compensation structures.
  • Manage job evaluation and grading processes to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness Oversee annual salary review processes, including merit increases, promotions, and adjustments.

 

Benefits Strategy and Administration

  • Conduct research, benchmarking exercise, evaluate trends and provide recommendations and insights in the development of benefits and well-being programs and practices that align with organizational objectives, and foster a positive workplace culture
  • Design and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other perks.
  • Generate and implement innovative and engaging initiatives that drive the strategy to support employee holistic well-being (physical, mental, financial, social inclusion and professional).
  • Evaluate and select benefits providers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Educate employees about available benefits and provide ongoing support for benefit-related inquiries.
  • Conduct regular benefits surveys to assess employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure that all compensation and benefits programs comply with local, state, and federal regulation and legislation.
  • Manage and report on any compliance risks associated with compensation and benefits programs.
  • Keep abreast of changes in compensation and benefits laws and regulations and update programs as needed

 

Budgeting and Financial Analysis

  • Develop and manage the budget for compensation and benefits programs.
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting on compensation and benefits costs, including forecasting and cost modeling.
  • Work closely with the finance department to ensure alignment with the company’s financial goals
  • Employee Communication and Support:
  • Develop and deliver communication strategies to inform employees about compensation and benefits programs.
  • Provide training to HR teams and managers on compensation and benefits best practices.
  • Serve as a resource for employees regarding compensation and benefits issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of queries

 

Strategic HR Initiatives

  • Collaborate with HR leadership on broader HR strategies, such as talent acquisition, retention, and employee engagement.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives that impact compensation and benefit
