In this role, you will be the single point of contact across Group Enterprise (GE) for Investor Relations, Corporate Comms, Group CEO Office (and others), to provide a consistent, non-controversial source of key highlights or information for quarterly or ad hoc reporting


Function as the lead in organising GE wide staff communications events to impart CEO’s vision, strategy and plans across the business units.  This includes the annual leaders’ summit, half yearly townhalls and other ad hoc events.  He/she should also support Group-wide events from GE perspective like the Leaders’ Business Updates, Group Management Committee engagements and others.


Drive annual operating plan (AOP) process and planning with GE CEO and CFO and also lead in the development of business plans for new financial year.  In addition, consolidate and lead the GE review decks for all in-year operating forecasts, enterprise key performance metrices and monitor business and macroeconomic trends. 


Synthesise and refine GE level strategies for Group Management Committee or Board level presentations.  To be updated on these, candidate will organise and plan all CEO and CFO level of review cadence throughout the year.


Candidate will also be responsible for all CEO’s internal and external presentation materials where applicable and able to distinguish and made a considered assessment on what can be shared in public forums and what is internal.



  • Recognized university degree in Statistics, Business or Finance.
  • 8-10 years relevant working experience, knowledge, and experience in reading P&L statements/ financial skills
  • Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders across the Business e.g., peers from Group CEO office, Investor Relations, Finance, Business units and Product Houses to ensure GE meets its business objectives.
  • Work under timelines and project management skills
  • Telecommunication/ ICT/Tech industry experience will be an added advantage
