You will be responsible for tracking and deriving insights for sales operations performance, with a focus on both weekly and monthly intervals, as well as offering support for insights. Additionally, the creation and improvement of dashboards are part of this process.

 

Make an Impact by:

  • Sales Operations Performance Tracking & Insights
    • Contribute towards an effective care and sales organization using data analytics and visualizations
    • Provide business/operations leaders with timely and actionable insights into their performance on a regular basis
    • Support reporting for major events such as phone launches, roadshows etc
    • Support requests for Product Analysis Studies to measure effectiveness of campaigns, success of product launches
  • Weekly & Monthly Tracking / Insights Support
    • Support business heads for weekly sales cadence sessions by providing key insights into performance such as sales demand drivers, sales metrics (e.g. transaction volumes, conversion rates, sales forecasting)
  • Dashboard Creation/Enhancements
    • Create / enhance data visualization dashboards using Tableau / PowerBI
    • Data wrangling using SQL/Python on large and complex datasets
  • Process Improvement / Digitalization / Cost Optimisation / Revenue Enhancement
  • Support stakeholders in efforts for process improvement / digitalization / cost optimisation / revenue enhancement through data analytics
  • Size project addressable base using past trends and forecast future demand
  • Perform data analysis on pre- and post- project impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams e.g. EDW teams, operations teams to meet business requirements

 

Skills for Success

  • Diploma/ Degree in IT/Business Management
  • 1-3 years in reports preparation / data analysis
  • Technical Skills - At least two of the following:
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform tools e.g. Power Automate
    • Basic SQL programming
    • Basic data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI or equivalent tool)
  • Non-technical skills:
    • Attention to details
    • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
