Singtel x Singapore Institute of Technology have embarked on a Work-Study Programme (WSP) launched in Feb 2023. The WSP is called “The Catalyst Programme” which is a structured on-the-job (OJT) development WSP that allows Polytechnic Diploma holders to secure a full-time position with Singtel while pursuing a university honours degree in Applied Computing. This programme is open to Singtel’s internal employees as well as external polytechnic diploma holders preferably from the ICT domain. Non-ICT diploma holders are encouraged to apply as well. In line with building capability in Singapore ICT sector this program will develop & groom talent over a 3-year period completing micro-credentials for each module which eventually stack-up to an honours degree in Applied Computing. The Associate NSS Delivery Engineer is part of the Day 1 NSS Delivery Team that is responsible for design, build and delivery of Multi-Cloud (Public, Private and Hybrid) solutions that support needs of Singtel Enterprise Business customers.

This position offers opportunities to work on the latest technologies, across multiple industry and vast variety of enterprise solutions. 

Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with Solution and Enterprise Architect to design cloud solutions that ensure most sustainable, flexible, and cost appropriate solutions & technology platforms
• Work closely with Operations team to ensure smooth transition into cloud operations for ongoing BAU management
• Assist Delivery Architect to develop cloud low level design based on the approved cloud architecture or high level design.
• Creation of technical documentation like Low Level Design, Configuration workbook.
• Work multiple projects simultaneously
• Work on both internal and external projects

Requirements

• A completed diploma from a reputable Polytechnic
