<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Responsibilities:

  • Support all approved EUCD used in the Customer’s
  • environment, and trouble shoot and resolve problems
    • Trouble-shooting and problem resolution;
    • Administration and Configuration;
    • End User Account Management;
    • End User Device Hardening and Lockdown;
    • Image Build Management; and
    • End User Briefings & Awareness Service.
  • Provide problem analysis and resolution services for all reported IT problems.
  • Provide basic diagnostic testing services to confirm thefault and escalate it to the 3rd Party Resolver Group where appropriate.
  • Co-ordinate with the 3rd Party Resolver Group to resolve all problems affecting the availability of the Customer’s IT services, escort the equipment engineers to carry out repairs or to assist in the replacement of equipment.

 

 

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Business IT or ICT and

or equivalent.

  • Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) in Windows Client

or equivalent;

  • Microsoft Certified Solution Expert (MCSE) in one or more of the following: Desktop Infrastructure, Server Infrastructure, Communication or equivalent;
