Lead a team of 7 business analysts to provide strategic, data-driven analysis and management reports to guide business decisions and drive revenue for Mobile business; and to lead business planning for VP of Mobile Marketing & Sales.



Drive engagement with Mobile business units (Postpaid, Roaming, Prepaid, Digital Mobile et al) to identify key business issues and opportunities to improve revenue.

Drive value-adding team performance by providing leadership & guidance to the team on business acumen and prioritisation, how to manage stakeholders, and some technical aspects (interpreting data, how best to structure efficient analysis, etc.)

Be responsible for delivery of high quality and relevant Management & regulatory reporting, including ongoing enhancement of reports’ contents; and ensuring data integrity, accuracy and timeliness.

Deliver high-quality and accurate market sizing for key Mobile products in a timely manner to guide business in target setting, as well as budget models for business to use in simulating drivers.

Drive effective integration and increased efficiency between Mobile and Sales BA teams to remove redundancy, with the eventual goal of redeploying or reducing headcount within BAMR.

Guide business planning manager in driving MMS’s AOP process across Mobile Marketing and other teams (e.g. Finance), and work closely with Sales BA to put together coherent and consistent AOP decks backed by numbers for VP MMS.

Guide business planning manager and review submissions to ensure accurate, concise and coherent performance updates from Mobile Marketing business units to Top Management, including:

  • Consolidated submission for weekly WTM
  • Secretariat for monthly Mobile BPRs chaired by CEO Con SG, including preparation of consolidated submission and official minutes
  • MMS’s submissions for GCLT (Business Updates) and BU MC

Ensure sustainable pipeline and innovation in value-adding data-driven analysis and insights, including:

  • Simulation and analysis for business cases for product launches and other revenue-generating initiatives
  • Deep-dive segmentation and customer profiling for sharper campaign targeting
  • Drill into strategic business performance issues
  • Analysis of market landscape and competitive activities
  • Recommending actions that provide meaningful results to the business e.g. identifying new growth opportunities, calling out risks to business performance and how to address them



Min. degree in Finance / Business/ Marketing or other quantitative discipline with at least 7-10 years of relevant experience in business and/or financial analysis,  business or strategic planning, consulting/marketing in Consumer/Telecommunications industry.

Strong team management experience

Solid business casing., Excel modelling. Advanced Powerpoint skills; candidates with SQL knowledge will have added advantage
