As the Associate Director, Credit Risk & Governance, you will lead our credit risk, portfolio oversight, and governance for B2B customers. This role is crucial in defining our credit risk strategy, crafting credit risk frameworks, and ensuring risk appetite is embedded across all business and product segments.

 

Your day to day will consist of

  • Leading the strategic creation and application of credit risk policies and frameworks.
  • Coordinating credit decisioning and driving continuous improvement to portfolio performance.
  • Partnering with executives and cross-functional teams to balance growth, resilience, and customer fairness.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining robust governance structures.

 

What You Bring

  • Proven strategic leadership in credit risk policy, modelling, and portfolio management.
  • Outstanding technical proficiency in credit risk fields and the ability to influence cross-functional delivery.
  • Experience in building and encouraging high-performing teams with a strong culture of risk stewardship.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills to engage with executives, regulators, and customers.
