Associate Director, Customer Solutions

The Associate Director, Customer Solutions works within the technology services team in NCS. As a people manager, you will manage, lead and guide a team of technical presales (networking) consultants. You will also be the focal point for commercial presales project related enquiries and issues.





  • Developing and supporting Singtel and commercial & international businesses
  • Proactively managing and liaising with customers in managing any ‘out of scope’ variations
  • Negotiating deliverables with customers
  • Working with customer counterparts across the organisation to ensure effective execution of business strategies and goal alignment
  • Maintaining an understanding of industry trends that directly relate to specific customer’s business strategies
  • Participating in customer presentations
  • Participating in leadership activities and providing performance feedback and developmental coaching
  • Monitoring and improving team performance, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management.
  • Financial target and budgeting



The ideal candidate should possess


  • Degree with commercial experience with at least 7 years in financial services and/or manufacturing sector (both as end user or system integrator)
  • CCNP/CCDP certification
  • Customer focus
  • Awareness of current technology and changes
  • In-depth knowledge of network technologies and products
  • Ability to multi task and involve in multiple RFQ and tenders
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Ability to use Microsoft suite of products include Visio, network tools and similar products;
  • Good literacy, numeracy, verbal and communication skills, required to present to customers
  • Business acumen
