Associate Director, Digital Products and Services ( International Group)

Singtel International Group is looking for an individual who is keen to work in our overseas associate company in the above position for a period of one to two years.  After a period of getting to know Singtel, your role will be based in our associate company Telkomsel in Indonesia.  Our Regional Associates are striving to set new standards of innovation, service and technology to deliver better digital experiences for customers in their markets.

Role Summary
Caretaking of all Telkomsel Digital Product and Services, building a shared strategy for the different touch-points, different products and services in digital. Manage overall digital execution and KPI’s. Defines, develops and communicates strategy and plans that deliver on business goals for the Core digital products and services portfolio, working with stakeholders, business owners, and customers to deliver the best experience to our customers and best financial results to our business. Curate product management excellence, vision, direction and grooming among all product teams and their different chapters. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Manage and drive Digital Products and Services strategy, growth and revenue, driving product and technology decisions that maximise audience and business benefits, return on investment and innovation. 
  • Leads the definition of the process that achieves product/service definition and delivery. 
  • Specifically drives engineering excellence across the digital product/service portfolio. 
  • Set and embodies collaborative, delivery-focussed culture and process within the teams, and working with other senior leaders to model these behaviours more widely. 
  • Works with other product leaders to balance and drive ambition and pragmatism to deliver mutually-beneficial prioritisation across our digital products, services and touch-points. 
  • Builds, leads and manages great diverse, inclusive and collaborative teams with delivery, excellence and pragmatism at their heart, capturing and prioritising customer / business owner requests and finalize the product and services experience together with business owners. 
  • Drives process, planning and best practice beyond own area to drive collective shared benefit. Recognised as expert and influencer in development and of high-quality, scalable digital products and services.  
  • Drives innovation and best practice within Digital Product Management, digital products and services by actively managing product managers, product architects and growth hackers, curating and developing in house product management practices and product roles development. 
  • Achieves organisational goals within budget. Anticipates, plans and responds to future budget shifts as required. Manages external engagement and spend.
  • Engages internally and externally to bring the best into and take the best of Telkomsel more widely. 

 

The ideal candidate should possess

  •  A Degree, preferably with a major in Marketing
  • At least 8 to 10 years of working experience 
  • Experience in  digital products and services
  • People Management experience
  • Good Multi-tasking skills and be goal-driven
  • The ability to challenge the status quo 
  • Change Management Skills
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Ability to converse in Bahasa Indonesia will be an advantage
