Make an Impact by:

  • Overall hardware portfolio strategy development & maintenance across product categories, including identification of service innovation & new revenue streams.
  • Successful launch of new devices and accessories distributed by Singtel and drive sales through innovative campaigns and offers.
  • Develop operating rhythm and cadence to ensure financial targets are translated into trackable matrix, supported by campaigns & promotions.
  • Lead the budgeting & forecasting process with Finance, and regularly review & update drivers and initiatives to meet set revenue targets.
  • Ensure most favourable contract terms are secured, prepare necessary approval cadences and ensuring adherence of Singtel’s internal requirements.
  • Develop, improve and maintain integrated dashboard to aid decision making & automate existing portfolio management processes.
  • Governance of rebates, inventory holding & other key metrics to ensure targeted outcomes are met.
  • Drive new innovation & new annual initiatives and programs through IT, Ops & GTM.
  • Develop post implementation review cadence on key campaigns & promotions to identify improvement areas and track performance against target.
  • Lead engagement and ensure the cross functional collaboration and alignment with teams from Sales, Marketing, Finance, CLM, IT and other relevant departments relating to commercial agreements, launch of new initiatives and P&L management.
  • Consultative leadership behaviour which encourages development of fact driven decision making across teams.

 

Skills for Success:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Adminsitration.
  • 8+ years’ of relevant experience in strategy & performance management roles, exposure in contract management with tier one companies preferably within the telecommunications, FMCG or financial services industry.
  • Possess P&L management skills, strategy development & implementation experience, storyboarding & C level presentation, Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Process improvement experience.
