Requirements:

 

To lead the creation of new business opportunities and create more exciting value to our Consumer segment customers, with credit and lending facilities to complement our base management (retention, new services).

 

To Work together with our DigiBank Joint Venture as well as Singtel Consumer Business Unit as well as other stakeholders in Finance to develop, launch and manage new credit and lending services to the Consumer segment. He/ she will devise new user journeys together with our Digital experience and retail teams in availing such facilities to our customers.

 

  • Manage Singtel Consumer Base against revenue, profit and EBITDA targets. Formulates strategic and operational customer lifecycle management strategies and plans to deliver the revenue and profit targets. Revise and update the plans as required in tandem with changing business focus and requirements.
  • Lead, direct and deliver effective and integrated cross-sell strategies to achieve the success for new business and lending for postpaid and prepaid mobile and broadband services – this also includes base management and supporting the growth for DigiBank.
  • Lead the team to conceptualize customer lifecycle marketing strategies and translate these into executable plans to drive ARPU/ Lending targets and increase product holding to achieve revenue and retention objectives. This will encompass moving our base move to triple play, Cross Sell /ARPU uplift.
  • Keep abreast of developments in the market and monitor the competitive landscape to position Group Consumer SG favourably for new services.  Response quickly and proactively to market intelligence and competitor feedback from sales force to steer the marketing strategies keeping it market relevant and customer friendly.
  • Responsible for customer knowledge management encompassing the custody of customer information, data extraction, regular tracking of the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and weekly reporting.
  • Spearhead the execution of new ways of implementing marketing campaigns such as online, location based, lifestyle and credit services with improved automation and tracking. Provide business evaluation for new projects
  • Develop and build a high performance team through active resource planning, workload balancing, skill and expertise development, talent acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with other Data stakeholders within Group functions, GIT and Networks to maximise the use of Telco Data as well as DigiBank.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor Degree (in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accountancy or related).
  • Relevant 6-8 years’ experience working in large corporation or MNCs
  • Competent in managing and developing Consumer Credit and Lending Services.
  • Experienced in marketing skills in areas of Customer Management, Churn and Lifecycle Marketing.
  • Strong results orientation and stakeholder management experience
  • Proven marketing strategy, management skills
  • Experience in building customer journeys Eg. online, social media marketing, customer loyalty program management, web applications, VASes, mobile application.
  • Presentation skills including written and verbal communication.
  • Creative, resourceful, with good analytical skills
  • Leadership and people management capabilities.
  • Multiple stakeholders’ management
  • Solid budget management
  • Supports other Management (Top and Senior) on complex decisions in new business development.
