The incumbent will lead a team to support Director in:

  • Formulating Prepaid products and services strategies so as to achieve Prepaid business targets
  • Planning and execution of usage simulation & campaign operations for Prepaid segment
  • Performing business analysis & planning, budgeting and management reporting.




Product Marketing

  1. Formulate Prepaid products and services strategies so as to achieve Prepaid business target.
  2. Devise business case for all new Prepaid products & services including SIM cards, top up cards, data plan, IDD and roaming.
  3. Drive the launch and marketing of new products and strategic initiatives. This includes:
    • Proposal and ideation of product concept.
    • Initiating content sourcing with internal and third party providers, negotiation of cost & fulfilment model and post-launch support & collaboration  with the stakeholders.
    • Market sizing and business casing and development of detailed business requirements.
    • Coordination of pre-launch preparation with all stakeholders including Marcoms, other business units, Product Development, IT, Networks, Legal, Cust Care, Sales.
    • Ensure products launch executed promptly by conducting UAT and BRT.
  4. Manage and drive improved business performance of key Prepaid products & services.
  5. Engage Prepaid Sales team to ensure all promotion campaigns are executed properly at distribution level.
  6. Drive first-class customer experience on Prepaid services.


Usage Simulation & Campaign Operations

  1. Lead Loyalty Program for Prepaid Segment.
  2. Devise strategic & execution plans for Loyalty Program to address all segments across Prepaid base.
  3. Analyze Prepaid customer usage and spending behaviour to design commensurate loyalty scheme and reward offers to enhance customer engagement and promote usage as well as to reduce churn.
  4. Execute Prepaid Loyalty Program including coordinating with related parties to develop the program via Hi!App and Hi!Account Page, working with GTM team for communications, sourcing reward premium as well as managing quarterly reward redemption days.
  5. Monitor, evaluate and modify Prepaid Loyalty Program.


Business Analysis

  1. Responsible for Business Analysis & Planning
  2. Perform budgeting, churn Management and management reporting



  • Min. Bachelor's Degree from recognized university with at least 8 years of relevant work experience; of which at least 3-5 years in Telco Product Marketing and/or Customer Lifecycle Management; candidates who possess prepaid telco marketing experience, Product/business analysis experience and Product development experience will have an added advantage
  • Excellent analysis and business casing skills
  • Knowledge of telco mobile and other digital technologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel & Powerpoint
  • Analytical and methodical, meticulous and well-organized in approach to work
  • Able to guide and provide clear direction to team
  • Strong people management and coaching skills
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, and presentation skills
  • Able to engage and influence peers and middle managers, team-mates and cross-functional counterparts
  • Driven and resilient to challenges
