Introduction: 

 

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee and drive the product management of Software-Defined WAN services strategy and development within the Singtel Enterprise Business. 

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for the success of the growth of the portfolio which would include internal multi-level stakeholders’ engagement, and external customers’ co-creation activities to develop portfolio development plans targeted at aligning to market needs and enhancing market relevancy. The role will manage a team of product managers to manage, track, execute and deliver business objectives towards revenue, profitability, and adoption outcomes. 

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Product management of next generation managed services, such as SD-WAN, security, which include roadmap planning, product life cycle, product development and processes
  • Identify further growth opportunities and developments to ensure product activities are aligned to target key MNCs, Large enterprises and SME segments.  
  • Monitor the development of new technologies, assess their value-add potential and applicability for adoption
  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews with sales and partners to ensure business opportunities follow through, use cases review and lessons to be learned for further sharing 
  • Ensure service enablement capabilities to support pre-sales and post-sales processes for global delivery and aligning to best market practices and competition.
  • Develop and maintain the product life cycle to support each deliverable and outcome, ensuring consistent and effective proactive reporting, tracking, communication, and stakeholder management
  • Aligning with other products for joint value selling, pricing review and integrated delivery enablement. 
  • Work with various stakeholders in Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing to drive GTM activities and service delivery excellence.

 

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Master / Bachelor in business, information technology or related field preferred 
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Product management and/or Solutions experience in networking and/or software-based services
  • Knowledge of technology developments, market trends, and needs of the enterprise business market
  • Strong business acumen and ability to construct and evaluate business case and portfolio performance 
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across diverse teams 
  • Good problem solving and process management skills
