Make an Impact by


  • Responsible for end-to-end IT services supporting Singtel Enterprise customers, partnering Enterprise Business units and has full accountability for Build & Run for Enterprise applications including architecture and design.
  • Application support & operations (including usage, billing, bill formatting, payments, journaling)
  • Enhancements delivery for Enterprise Charging & Billing applications
  • Application support & operations for International traffic and carrier services applications
  • Responsible for leading, directing and managing a team of solution designers, solution architects and support specialists supporting billing and carrier applications for the Enterprise Business.
  • Required to determine and maintain the Enterprise IT architecture and roadmap, with the assistance of other Enterprise IT application pillars, to flex, adapt and keep our Enterprise systems aligned with the latest technologies to support the ever-changing landscape and climate of our Enterprise business.

Skills for Success 


  • Tertiary education with Degree in Computer Science, IT, software or computer engineering fields or equivalent
  • Technical and project management certification, e.g. PMP, ITIL, TOGAF
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant IT experience with at least 10 years of application delivery and support experience of BSS/OSS applications and Telco experience
  • Managed delivery teams of more than 50 staffs
  • Strong experience in managing multiple business stakeholders and vendors.
  • Strong commercial background
  • Effective at communicating and influencing at senior management and executive level
  • Strong understanding of industry standards
  • Experience in delivery in a complex and high- pressure environment
  • Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivery of quality services
  • Strong financial and vendor management experience with successful track record of driving to an outcome
  • Knowledge of telecommunication systems, technical and engineering concepts as well as business operations and processes.
  • Ability to keep abreast of the new technologies with a view of implementing them to increase productivity and efficiency of the organisation.
  • Demonstrable background in the design, implementation, measurement and tracking of operational key performance indicators
  • Detailed understanding of the end-to-end software lifecycle, operational and support procedures and processes
  • Proven track record of conceptual / strategic thinking ability
  • Possess excellent communication, collaboration, presenting and influencing skills, particularly in liaison with internal & external service providers and senior leadership.
  • Display leadership in action – self-directed and motivated; able to influence team to achieve project milestones.
  • Possess the ability to exercise independent and effective judgment.
  • Strong analytical skills, meticulous, energetic, innovative, able to work well in a team and under pressure.
