The Senior Finance Manager is responsible in partnering with Managing Partner and COO to support the financial functions of Client Service Units (CSU)/ Line of Business (LOB). He/ she shall provide advisory and consultative support to CSUs/ LOBs on finance related areas and contributes towards strategic business planning and profitability enhancement. 


As Senior Finance Manager, the broad area of your job responsibilities will cover the following:

  • Partnering with Managing Partner and COO GOV+ to provide a financial planning and budgeting support across all 12 account tribes, as well as global business (E.g. HK).
  • Provide financial analysis of business actuals and forecast, and actively manage the achievement of financial targets through providing of key financial insights and proposing actionable plan to business
  • Review key financial metrics at the Gov+ level, identifying risks and opportunities across the SBG to ensure early alerts of potential risks/upsides
  • Building, implementing, and tracking of cost savings initiatives for the Gov+
  • Developing of detailed financial models and scenario planning and business case for projects/ new initiatives for the business for decision making
  • Leading the team of CSU Finance Managers (PS and DHS) and Client Finance Managers and giving them guidance on account tribe reviews, account planning and other matters
  • Review, streamline, standardize and recommend new or improvements to processes or systems to enhance operational efficiency, effectiveness, compliance and controls

 

Ideal candidate should possess the following:

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance, ACCA/CA professional certification preferred 
  • Min. 10 years of experience in FP&A and management reporting 
  • Advanced proficiency in MS applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good understanding of new accounting standards on revenue recognition, and capitalisation
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills
