Make an Impact by:

  • Manage, review and processing claims submitted by contractors with company’s claim portal and workflow system. Ensure the claims process in time and accurate payment to contractors.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of claim documentation submission including Service Order, As-Built, GPS, invoices, photo, material balance report, etc.
  • Ensure that all audit and claim processes adhere to company’s policies and legal requirements.
  • Review and update as-built drawings & GPS data in GIS to reflect the final state of the project accurately and make sure the as-built drawings align with the actual constructed conditions.
  • Understand concept of connectivity of cable, pipe test report and update pipe related information in GIS system.
  • Maintain comprehensive and organized records of all claims and audit activities. Document audit findings and ensure proper storage of evidence and supporting documentation for easy retrieval of information when needed.
  • Communicate with contractors and internal departments to address and resolve issues related to claims or audit findings and clarify details. Provide clear and timely updates on the status of claims and audit processes.
  • Prepare regular reports on claims activity, audit findings, and compliance status for management and other stakeholders. These reports may include key metrics, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in claims and audit data. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve processes and prevent future issues.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of claims and audit processes. Propose and implement enhancements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

 

Skills for Success:

 

  • Min Diploma in Engineering, Civil or Telecommunication.
  • Knowledge of basic MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel – Pivot table, V Lookup)
  • Good to have – Proficient in Data Analytics tools (e.g. SQL)
  • Entry-level graduates are welcome to apply
