  • Be part of Singapore’s Market leading team in Roaming Coverage an widest destination by performing IREG testing for VoLTE roaming and support for new roaming partners and service launches.
  • Enrich your communication skills by coordinating  with sponsored roaming, roaming hub, bilateral roaming partners and roaming carriers to ensure a high-quality roaming experience and address roaming and interworking issues all over the world.
  • Sharpen your analytical thinking by assisting initial level diagnosis of problems and incidents and helping in resolving them when appropriate.
  • Manages roaming complaints SLA compliancy and reporting which includes helping to follow up on incidents to ensure customer satisfaction or service issues resolved.
  • Collaborate with network teams and technology vendors to monitor and constantly improve roaming experience.
  • Manages roaming customer experience KPIs from active testing and passive monitoring platforms. Studies roaming quality trends to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Maintain and distribute industry documentation (IR21). Upon receipt of roaming partners IR21, create and track work orders for data network changes.
  • Responsible for roaming steering in line with product team agreements.

Skills for Success:

  • Good engineering or IT diploma, preferably in the area of communications engineering and networking.  Fresh graduates with good attitude and keen interest in Mobile technologies are welcome to apply. Appropriate training will be provided for candidates to fill in the role.
  • Passion to embrace telecommunications technologies, including 4G, 5G, LTE and VoLTE and keen interest in developing ways to improve customer experience.
  • Basic technical knowledge of computer networking and Internet standards TCP/IP and CISCO switch / router and SUN Solaris, RedHat, HPUX, SHELL programming will be an added advantage
  • Able to work during non-office hours on an occasional basis and be on 24 x 7 hours’ standby alert for ad-hoc faults or service degradation
  • Good oral and written communication skills with good customer focus.
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment to improve customer service.
