  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Support Business Units on their WSH policies, standards and requirements
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Assist to maintain WSH Management (WSHMS, ISO 45001, bizSAFE STAR etc.)
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Conduct internal audit and coordinate external audits
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Assist to administer WSH for projects and daily operations.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Conduct investigation to workplace accident/incident, non-conformity or non-compliance
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Manage all WSH matters for appointedl projects
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Consolidate and generate WSH Reports
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Conduct investigation to workplace accident/incident, non-conformity or non-compliance
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Conduct inspection and act as secretary for project WSH Committee
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Conduct SIC for contractors, staffs and customers.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Participate in Project Safety Coordination Meetings
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Participate in Planned Joint Inspection with customers
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Assessed and review WSH for works to be carried out at premises
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Participate in meeting with contractors on WSH matters
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Maintain licensing and subscriptions of related projects
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Any other duties/tasks and sites assigned by immediate superior


<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">The Ideal Candidate should have/be:

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace, Safety & Health
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Registered with MOM as Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO)
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Registered with SCDF as Fire Safety Manager (FSM)
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Profound knowledge on local legislation (e.g. WSH/SCDF/NEA), OHASA 18001, ISO14001
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Attention to details
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">knowledge of ISO and bizSAFE safety standards
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and experience learning new applications
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
