Make an Impact by:
- Conduct a thorough review of as-built drawings associated with the project. Ensure that all drawings are accurate, complete, and compliant with company’s standard and regulations.
- Update as-built drawings & GPS data in GIS to reflect the final state of the project accurately and make sure the as-built drawings align with the actual constructed conditions.
- Make sure the updating of as-built in GIS system are completed and delivered according to project schedules and deadlines.
- Familiarize with GIS system and company’s portal to update parameter of cable, joint closure, pipes, and ducts routing according to as-built drawing.
- Understand concept of connectivity of cable, pipe test report and update pipe related information in GIS system.
- Manage the version control and revision history of as-built drawings to ensure accurate latest version always updated and previous versions are properly archived.
- Coordinate with different teams which involving engineers, planners and other stakeholder to address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to as-built drawings before updated in system.
- Ensure the updated information in system according to as-built drawing adhere to established drafting standards, including formatting, naming conventions, layering and title block information.
- Reflect on the drawing processes used in the project and suggest improvements for future projects.
Skills for Success:

Diploma in Electronics Engineering/Telecommunications or in relevant field.

At least 2 years relevant working experience.

Good working knowledge of PC applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Good communication skills, keen to learn and a team player.
