Make an Impact by:

  • Attend to activation by Supervisor or TAC for any transmission alarm and customer escalation. 
  • Perform trouble shooting and root cause failure analysis for transmission fault and escalation.
  • Requires On Standby 24x7.
  • Assist to support replacement of any faulty equipment card or module upon trouble shooting or as advise by Vendor.
  • Help to track and arrange spare card replacement.
  • Perform appropriate testing to ensure proper service restoration after fault clearing.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on transmission equipment on regular basis including housekeeping of workplace.
  • Support software upgrade and any other responsibilities assigned by the Manager.

 

Skills for Success:

  • Diploma in Engineering.
  • 1 year optical DWDM related experience .
  • Able to be on standby.
