As an Associate Engineer, you will be working alongside the technical team to take care of core systems that deliver home broadband and 4G/5G mobile services, as well as troubleshoot customer experience issues.

 Make an Impact by:

.

• Perform Network health and performance monitoring, escalation, and surveillance.
• Perform fault detection, testing, troubleshooting and investigation of system and customer experience issues to restore/recover service.
• Provide technical support to Customer Care for service-related faults and customer complaints.
• Perform governance role for network change management activities.
• Close collaboration with system vendors and international network operators.
• Scope of product and services include international voice, broadband, mobile voice, and data

Skills for Success: 

• Diploma or Degree holder in Engineering or IT domain, preferably in area of communications engineering and networking. 
• Possess good analytical skills and flair in technical troubleshooting.
• Customer-oriented to understand the perspective and pain points of our customers.
• Team player with strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge on IP networking technologies are also desirable.
• Good in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point. 
• Willing to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
