Make an Impact by:
- Collaborate with the order team, Account Manager, and Product Manager to ensure orders are accurately captured and provisioned before the customer’s requested date
- Ensure smooth daily operations of system BAU activities through routine checks and monitoring
- Oversee key tasks including timely service provisioning, addressing fault complaints from TAC/INOC/1608, and managing number migration activities
- Manage system operation activities, including equipment lifecycle refresh, MOP reviews, software and patch updates, security and vulnerability/IOC scans and mitigations, and vendor engagement for Change Requests.
- System operations to provide smooth service availability for BizVoice, SIP trunk
- Supports C5 migration for SIP Trunk service from Cisco (Broadsoft) to Huawei C5 system
- Supports internal and external audit preparations and exercise for the system
- Supports system and security patches, updates to the system
Skills for Success:
- Diploma in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronic or relevant,
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Telecommunication & Network industry
- Able to work independently and work well within the team in the most efficient manner,
- Good technical skills of TCP/IP networking, SIP protocol & trunk knowledge and Linux knowledge
- Willing to be placed in 24x7 duty roster and performed the network change activities in silent hours.
