Make an Impact by:

  • System Management: Oversee and maintain installed systems to ensure compliance with company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with multiple teams to test and implement solutions, ensuring optimal performance and System Availability
  • Infrastructure Availability: Ensure that systems and infrastructure are consistently available and performing at peak efficiency.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Work with IT and system vendor to provide support to resolve system issues promptly.
  • Technical Guidance: Evaluate current systems and provide technical advice and support to users.
  • System Automation: Plan and execute system automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
  • Process Optimization: Apply optimization methodologies and risk management tools to ensure project completion aligns with stakeholder needs.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisors.

 

Skills for Success:

  • Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in system management, IT support, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in system management software, automation tools, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
