Make an Impact by:
- Supervising operation of Singtel Fiber Testing and Fiber Rectification work for various customer. Oversee contractors in the execution of maintenance works.
- Ensuring that all work is conducted in accordance with established operational procedures and engineering guidelines.
- Ensuring contractors adhere to safety procedures in compliance with the Work Health and Safety Act (WHSA) and use the appropriate safety equipment.
- Supervising projects as assigned by manager, working with different stakeholders by providing direction and support
- Will be required to be activated after office hours when necessary to manage escalation and fibre outage
- Progressively update direct supervisor on daily work assignment and update relevant documentation.
Skills for Success:
- Diploma in Electronics Engineering/Telecommunications or in relevant field.
- At least 1 years working experience.
- Able to work during non-office hours on an occasional basis and be on 24 x 7 hours standby alert for ad-hoc faults.
- Good working knowledge of PC applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good communication skills, keen to learn and a team player
