Make an Impact by:

  • Manage end-to-end order provisioning for fibre-based products and ensure commissioning by the Customer Request Date (CRD).
  • Oversee delivery, implementation, and maintenance of fibre-based services for corporate customers.
  • Assist Manager in generating, analysing, and reporting operational performance, including recommending process improvements.
  • Support customers and Customer Fronting Unit (CFU) on all provisioning matters.
  • Work closely with Business units to ensure excellent service delivery to customers.
  • Serve as Local Access Project Coordinator for fibre service implementation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external contractors to meet delivery milestones and resolve operational issues.
  • Ensure full compliance with SLA requirements, safety guidelines, and internal SOPs.
  • Support service assurance activities, customer engagement, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Uphold high standards of service quality, customer satisfaction, and achievement of departmental KPIs

 

Skills for Success:  

  • Nitec/higher Nitec qualification or Diploma from Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields.
  • 2 – 3 years of working experience preferred
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently under pressure.
  • Good communication and written skills in English or Bilingual preferred.
