Make an Impact

• Responsible for all infrastructure implementation works
• Coordinate pipe & fiber project during implementation phase 
• Coordinate and resolve site issues related to infrastructure 
• Manage materials issuance to contractor (ie; reservation, return & scrap)
• Verify “As Built” documentation and claim invoices in-line with issued Service Order (SO) to contractors
• Coordinate compliant and attend site meeting with other public bodies, private housing developers, building management, etc, in connection with underground infrastructure. 
• Liaise with Local Authority on Permit and other related documentation 
• Liaise with Building Management / Landlord on site access 
• Coordinate with contractors to execute all pipe/fiber works in the area under his/her care in accordance with all established operation procedures 
• Coordinate work performed by contractors 
• Ensure all safety aspects been followed and executed according to Local Authority guidelines by contractors  
• Conduct claim verification infrastructure project and check on the contractors’ quality of work
• Track and record implementation status for all assigned projects 
• Responsible for the maintenance of infrastructure (Pipe & Fiber) 
• Coordinate joint testing & troubleshooting with contractors 
• Any other adhoc duties assigned by the Manager

Skills for Success:  

• Diploma from Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• 1 to 2 years of working experience preferred
• Good knowledge in infrastructure work (ie; Underground / In-building infrastructure)
• Hands on experience in project administration work 
• Reporting skill using Microsoft software (i.e; words, power point, excel, etc)
• Able to manage contractors effectively and communicate with internal/external stakeholders.
