Key Responsibilities:

This role needs to manage new Datacentre construction from scratch to the completion. He/She needs to focus on the following key areas:

  • Project management of the building construction. Work with Consultant and Main Contractor to track the progress of the building construction, and also report any progress issue.
  • He/She will work with project manager to track the payment progress to contractors based on the work progress done.
  • M&E equipment delivery, installation, commissioning and testing. 
  • Bring in new technology for the facility management and integrate them with BMS.
  • Manage the contractor’s performance and progress of the overall project.
  • He/She should have experience on the Datacentre construction and Datacentre operation for 3-5 years.
  • He/She should have project management experience for at least $500k worth of project.


The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
  • Complete the construction of new Datacentre in 3 years.
  • Report the progress of the Datacentre construction on a weekly basis.
  • 3 years of experience on the Datacentre construction and Datacentre operation for 3-5 years.
  • Project management experience for at least $500k worth of project.
