Key Responsibilities:

  • Access Workflow system to retrieve jobs for contractors.
  • Assign and schedule Site Survey jobs to contractors.
  • Ensure SLAs are adhered to by monitoring progress of jobs until Site Survey is completed.
  • Act as Single-Point-of-Contact (SPOC) to Customers and Building Owners/Managers with regards to the Site Survey schedule with contractors.
  • Work with Planning and Operations staff to resolve site issues related to Site Survey.
  • Assist to perform and manage escalated cases for all Site Survey issues.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.


The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Engineering diploma certificate or equivalent qualifications in Telecommunications
  • Preferably 1-2 years experience in the area of Telecommunications planning (inside and/or outside plant)
  • Able to demonstrate high level of Customer focus to internal and external Customers.
  • Candidate need to be comfortable having frequent engagements with Customers and Building Owners/Managers.
