  • Manage Singtel stock inventory for issuable materials covering Fiber, Copper, Pipes, Equipment/Distribution Racks and their associated accessories.
  • Ensure stock availability to meet Stakeholder demands through forecasting with Stakeholders and timely issue of purchase orders.
  • Manage material Suppliers to ensure timely delivery schedule to Singtel warehouse.
  • Track and raise payments to Suppliers for materials received at Singtel warehouse.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain and warehouse teams to resolve issues on payments, goods acceptance, space management and materials issuing.
  • Coordinate new Tenders and Quotations with new and incumbent Suppliers.
  • Other tasks as assigned by Manager.


The Ideal candidate should possess:

  • Diploma in Logistics Management or Telecommunications.
  • Preferably 1-2 year experience in the area of Material Management or related industry.
  • High degree of computer literacy including knowledge of applications such as MS Office suite, knowledge of Excel Macros would be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of SAP/Impact systems (good to have).
