Make an Impact by:
- Take ownership on Copper recovery schemes and diversion works, from implementation to completion including verifying Contractor claims.
- Ensure that target handover dates for all schemes are met.
- Ensure the Contractors follow safety procedure in accordance to the work health and safety act (WHSA) and to use appropriate safety equipment so as to complete the assigned job efficiently and safely.
- Monitor, track and update contractor progress report, and provide regular update to Manager-in-charge on scheme status (implementation, issues, work progress and contractor claims).
- Manage and resolve site issues with Contractors. Example: pipe block, pipe congestion, access issues and cable abandon verification.
- Laise with building management and assist to facilitate contractors with them for the recovery and diversion works.
Skills for Success:
- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or equivalent.
- 1 year of related experience.
- Able to handle contractors well.
