Make an Impact by

• Perform end to end project management of data centre delivery.
• Work closely with the Product/Sales, consultant & contractors towards timely delivery of projects.
• Manage relationships with fit-out vendors and contractors and contract negotiations.
• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Drafting of SOW and requirement specification.
• Prepare sourcing, recommendation, and approval paper.
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures.
• Provide regular project updates to key stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project timelines and take corrective actions to address delays.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, and correspondence.
   

Skills for Success

• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in project management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing data center fitout projects.
• Client and contractor management skills
• Strong working knowledge with Microsoft office and Autocad.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
